How can one take delight in the world unless one flees to it for refuge?
-Franz Kafka
Traveling to new places is fun: You see amazing sights, you eat good food, you meet interesting people. I think photos are the ultimate way to remember a trip, especially photos in which I’m present AND with a photographer that makes me feel like a movie star. Pictures meeting that criteria are rarer than hen’s teeth, which is why I’ve started using travel photographers. As my mom and I wrapped up our “4-3-2-1,” or “4 countries, 3 weeks, 2 women, 1 dog,” trip, we booked a half-hour shoot with photographer Eliska in Prague. Here are a few of my favorite pics from the bunch, and I think they turned out beautifully (I love how dreamy the swans are). I had used the company earlier in 2016 when I first visited Sweden, and as a solo traveler I will definitely be using the service again soon. Bonus: Digital photos take up no space in a suitcase 🙂
